Pisa: the baptistery

	THE BAPTISTERY

	This is the baptistery those millions of people were walking to. I think it is the least of the three buildings which dominate the 'Campo dei Miracoli'. It took two centuries to build and is a mixture of styles in which the gothic dominates. So let us turn around and have a look at the west-side of the cathedral.
